Gelatin World offers the following Returns Policy:

 
  If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service department within 3 days of receipt of your purchase. Any item being returned for any other reason than it being shipped in error will be subject to 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, if your order originally received free shipping, we will deduct the actual cost of shipping from your refund. All items returned must be returned new, unused, in its original resalable condition. Return shipping cost will be at customer's expense, all returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.
 
  Items must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number ( RMA ) please email us with the information listed below. Please note that no return will be accepted for any reason without an RMA number.

Incorrect Item Received or Damaged:

  If an item arrived damaged or defective or not the product you originally ordered, please contact us and we will happily resolve your issue immediately, Please note that no return will be accepted for any reason without an RMA number accompanying the return, Upon receipt of the damage or incorrect goods, a product specialist will inspect the merchandise and promptly ship a replacement for the correct item. If an item is returned as damaged and a product specialist determines otherwise, you will be notified of the conclusion and the original merchandise will be returned to you.
